Second Last Round

Deadlines, well that has been a problem. However, happy readers, we are ever closer to our completion. If everyone could comment on their semi final battles by June 1st which is the upcoming Wednesday that would be awesome!

As most of the books have been thoroughly explained in earlier blogs we would like to try something different with our final two rounds. Arlene and I like to read all sorts of blogs and reviews and we would like to emulate a blogger out there who does Haiku Reviews of YA books. (Quit smirking/whining right now Brad.) This is a short to the point effort in the traditional 5, 7, 5 way. You may do just one to sum up your opinion or a series - the choice is yours. If you need some inspiration please go here and take a peek: http://www.emilyreads.com/2011/05/picture-this-review-haiku.html

Lastly, the final review will be due at the end of June…most of you will have read one or both of the final books. Which brings us to our ZOMBIE pick….it may not make you happy, but we think it is extremely interesting, and we also think some of you have a deep dark streak. We give you: Nothing by Janne Teller

The final smackdown round will be done via Twitter….with very precise instructions to be provided by our lovely tech expert Arlene. We think it is an interesting way to give Twitter a try (or a re-try in some cases) and give us succinct answers to the burning question of which book smacked the most.

Please let us know ASAP if you are in for this final round so we can get books to you by next week.

Dia and Arlene
