Giving the Haiku a shot...

Ok, so I will give this haiku thing a chance. It was pretty tough to come up with just a few words to discuss each book, which I suppose is the point. I don't know if I am getting the point I want to make across regarding each one.

It may have been even harder to figure out how many syllables are in each word...

Flash Burnout

Typical teen boy,
Likeable protagonist?
A life in pictures.

When You Reach Me

The littlest things
Make the biggest difference.
Beautiful story.

Alright, looks like the Andrew Poetry Tour 2011 needs to get under way! Check the interwebs for a tour stop near you.

I'm not sure if I did that right, but I guess that is a part of going first.

Moving on to the Finals...

My choice is a fairly easy one. While Flash Burnout was a good book and an entertaining read, I
am selecting When You Reach Me to get to the final round. I think this one will be tough to beat. And Dia, I am definitely in for the last round.
